DMS - Drug Testing

The Division of Mine Safety (DMS) is seeking a qualified company to provide laboratory drug screens for miner and DMS staff drug testing. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing drug testing services, including collection, testing, and reporting of results. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the vendor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) regulations. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing drug testing services for miners and DMS staff • Collecting and testing urine samples • Reporting results to DMS within a specified timeframe • Maintaining accurate records and providing reports as required • Complying with SAMHSA regulations and Kentucky state laws
