LINUX SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

Washtenaw County is seeking a vendor to provide Linux support and maintenance services for their environment, which consists of approximately 6-7 virtual machines running Ubuntu and CentOS. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing incident response and troubleshooting, maintenance and patch management, security and compliance, configuration review and optimization, backup and recovery support, and documentation and knowledge transfer. The contract term is for 1 year with the option to renew for up to 5 years. * Key responsibilities include: * Incident response and troubleshooting * Maintenance and patch management * Security and compliance * Configuration review and optimization * Backup and recovery support * Documentation and knowledge transfer * The vendor should have experience supporting small-to-medium Linux environments and expertise in NGINX administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
