The State of West Virginia’s Office of Special Reclamation is seeking quotations for comprehensive reclamation work on the Buffalo Coal Company C1 EQ Basin (Permit S‑2003‑03) located in Grant County (≈266 acres). The scope includes mobilization, site preparation, road construction (base and final layers), utility installation, HDPE pipe and force‑main placement, silt fencing, revegetation, electrical work, fence installation, and delivery of a pole building and valve vaults. All work is to be performed on‑site and billed as lump‑sum or unit‑price items as detailed in the solicitation.
