Elm Ridge - Artesia Water Line

The City of Celina is seeking bids for the construction of a water line project. The project includes the installation of approximately 10,600 linear feet of new 18-inch water main and associated fittings, valves, and appurtenances. The project also includes the construction of a Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) point of delivery site with a control valve and meter, and demolition of an existing UTRWD point of delivery. • The project is estimated to cost around $7 million. • Bidders are required to submit responses electronically. • Nonresident bidders must comply with Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code. • The project includes installation of water mains, fittings, valves, and appurtenances. • The project also includes construction of a UTRWD point of delivery site and demolition of an existing site.
