Sycamore Trail Extension (Phase III) Construction

The City of West Sacramento is seeking bids for the Sycamore Trail Extension Phase III construction project. The project involves constructing 2,900 feet of Class I Trail with lighting, lowering utilities, sidewalk and curb ramp improvements, signage and striping. The project is funded in whole or in part by Active Transportation Program (ATP) State funds and is subject to additional requirements. The bid specifications, including instructions on how to bid, standards for a responsive bid, and project specifications, are attached to the invitation to bid. • The project requires the construction of a Class I trail with lighting and other amenities. • The project involves the improvement of utilities, sidewalks, and curb ramps. • The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • The project requires the use of a virtual project management system for submittals and project administration. • The project has a deadline for questions and a deadline for bid submission.
