The National Park Service, through the GPO, is soliciting a fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity contract to produce trail‑map brochures for Yosemite National Park. The contractor must deliver high‑quality, Level III color brochures (14 × 8½ in, folded to 3½ × 8½ in) covering five geographic sections with specific paper, color, and printing specifications. The total contract value is $23,141.00, with the award going to the offeror proposing the greatest quantity at that price. Additional copies beyond the maximum quantity must be quoted on a unit‑price basis. Delivery of the finished brochures is required FOB destination at the NPS warehouse in El Portal, CA by 24 June 2026.
• Produce brochures for Yosemite Valley (50 %), Wawona & Mariposa Grove (15 %), Tuolumne Meadows (15 %), Crane Flat & White Wolf (10 %), and Glacier Point (10 %).
• Meet strict print quality (150‑line screen, 1200 dpi, Pantone 114‑13U blue, JCP Code A60 paper).
• Provide required digital or offset proofs, package in 50‑unit paper bands, label pallets per GPO Form 905, and ship via FedEx/UPS with tracking.
• Submit a single fixed‑price quote of $23,141.00, include a W‑9, and provide unit pricing for any extra copies.
