Design Build Services: Irrigation Pump for the Riverdale Regional Park

The Adams County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a Design-Build (DB) team for the design, acquisition, installation, and permitting of an additional irrigation pump, shelter, and redundancy system at the Riverdale Regional Park. The project includes structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering, as well as project administration and coordination. The DB team will be responsible for all stages of the work, from conception to completed construction. • The project budget is estimated at $500,000. • The project schedule is estimated to start in December 2025 and be completed by Spring 2026. • The DB team will be selected based on a series of evaluation criteria, including professionalism, project understanding and approach, project schedule, specific project experience, project team, and price. • The County encourages cooperative purchasing and may allow other governmental entities to avail themselves of this agreement.
