Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

No explicit contract value is listed (Est. Dollar Value shows $0.00). Based on typical costs for industrial tank steel and concrete rehabilitation—including surface preparation, coating, grout injection, labor, bonding, insurance, and contingency—a mid‑size municipal clarifier rehab project of this scope often ranges from roughly $500 K to $1.5 M. The lower bound assumes minimal alternate work and modest site conditions; the upper bound accounts for full atmospheric steel work, extensive concrete repairs, and higher labor rates in Vermont.
