Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the provision of individual potato chips to the CDC Warehouse in Woodward. The contract term will begin on December 9, 2025, and end on December 8, 2026, with the option for two annual extensions. The successful bidder will be required to provide plain, lightly salted individual potato chips in 1 to 1.5 oz bags, delivered to the CDC Warehouse as needed.
• The contract requires the bidder to agree to the terms and conditions, including a 1.00% administrative fee on all sales made against the resulting contract.
• The bidder must provide a detailed quarterly report in Microsoft Excel on all sales made under the resulting contract.
• The bidder must pay the administrative fee quarterly to the Iowa Department of Administrative Services.
• The state of Iowa requires shipping to be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid.
