QT for Enterprise Application Development

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst Contracts Department intends to purchase a software license from The QT Company for Enterprise Level Application Development. This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis, and the government will consider all responses received within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of the synopsis. The scope of work includes the purchase of one year of software license for the E2 program. • The acquisition is for a firm fixed-price basis. • The software license is for Enterprise Level Application Development, Part Number 8240-1YR. • The government will consider all responses received within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of the synopsis. • The determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
