Description
The Georgia Building Authority (GBA) is requesting bids for preventative maintenance and repairs for the standby emergency generators and automatic transfer switches. The contract will include semi-annual and annual comprehensive service and performance inspections, as well as all parts and materials necessary to complete the assigned tasks. The maintenance contractor will document and log all findings for all typical tasks and assignments.
• The contract will require the maintenance contractor to provide guaranteed rapid response times for unexpected 24/7 failures.
• The maintenance contractor will be required to provide an emergency callback service without additional charge to the owner.
• The contract will include invoicing for 50% of the annual price amount when the semi-annual inspection tasking is completed and the other 50% once the annual service and performance inspection is completed.
• The maintenance contractor will be required to provide all services in accordance with GBA's Guidelines for Working Within GBA Facilities.
