Description
The City of Thomasville is seeking a Design/Build team to provide professional park and infrastructure design services, pre-construction consulting services, and construction services for the Paradise Park Phase II Project. The project has a total design and construction budget of $5,000,000 and is funded by the Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program, the City of Thomasville, and private philanthropic contributions. The selected proposer will be required to provide a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the proposal amount and enter into a written contract with the City of Thomasville within 10 days of being awarded the contract.
