Furnish and Deliver Mobile Document Destruction and Removal Services

The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to provide onsite, secure, and FACTA-compliant document destruction and removal services. The vendor will be required to provide services at 12 different locations in Pasadena, CA, and must be able to deliver consistent, professional, and verifiable destruction services. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2029. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide secure handling and removal of materials, as well as a certificate of destruction for each pickup. The vendor must also be able to meet the City's requirements for insurance, business licenses, and other regulatory compliance. • Onsite document destruction at 12 PWP locations in Pasadena, CA • Secure handling and removal of materials • FACTA compliance and certificate of destruction for each pickup • Services must occur on a pre-selected day every two weeks, Monday–Thursday, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. • Vendor must arrive at the scheduled service location within a 30-minute window of the agreed-upon time • No service on weekends, City holidays, or off-Fridays • Vendor must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes to the scheduled service
