Help Desk and IT Services

The Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking a consultant to provide Help Desk and End User IT Support Services for its staff and approved systems. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk services, including application support, email support, folder and server access rights, and hardware troubleshooting. The consultant will also provide infrastructure support services for servers, network devices, and backup systems. The contract is expected to begin on October 15, 2026, and will conclude on June 30, 2029. The Agency is looking for a consultant with experience supporting enterprise IT environments, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing help desk services for approximately 135 users and 150 Windows 11 workstations • Supporting Microsoft 365 and all Zone 7 approved software applications • Troubleshooting common application issues • Providing password reset services • Offering printer support and hardware troubleshooting • Assisting with new user account creation and onboarding • Providing multi-factor authentication support and troubleshooting • Monitoring and managing user workstations and servers • Supporting Veeam backup and replication environments • Providing onsite support for network devices and servers.
