Description
The Lenawee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the renovation of their Horticulture Building. The project includes all labor, materials, and permits. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for November 4, 2025. Bids must be received by November 25, 2025. The project completion date is April 1, 2026.
• The project requires a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid.
• The project requires a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and the Owner or any employee of the LISD.
• The project requires a sworn and notarized Affidavit of compliance for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• A Michigan-based business preference of 5% or $10,000 will apply in determining awards.
