Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide on-call electrical services for the Hereford Shop facilities in Baltimore County. The contractor will be responsible for providing emergency response, design, installation, maintenance, reconditioning, replacement, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. The contractor must have a current active State of Maryland Master Electrician License and have been in the commercial electrical business for a minimum of five years. The contract will be for a period of three years.
• The contractor will be expected to perform the required electrical services from verbal request instructions/description.
• The contractor must maintain a stocked service truck with materials, tools, ladders, and equipment to provide electrical services.
• The contractor shall guarantee all work included in the contract against any defects in workmanship for a period of one year after completion of work.
