The Iowa Department of Transportation is issuing a sealed competitive bid for the supply of a broad portfolio of lubricating oils, greases and related hydraulic fluids. Destination; pallets must be 40″×48″, ≤ 60″ high, banded/shrink‑wrapped, with tamper‑evident labels and QR codes.
