Description
The County of Orange, OC Public Works, is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide annual software maintenance, technical support, software updates, upgrades, and licensing services for the County's Trimble Business Center (TBC) software utilized by OC Survey staff. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, technical expertise, software maintenance, licensing administration, updates, upgrades, documentation, and manufacturer-authorized support necessary to maintain the software in a fully operational condition throughout the term of the Contract. The key services include software licensing, software maintenance, software upgrades, technical support, and manufacturer authorization. The Contractor shall provide technical support by telephone, email, and remote access during normal business hours.
