Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking a qualified consultant to update, enhance, and support its “Network Wrangler” software platform used for regional transit‑model network development. The effort includes technical upgrades, data‑modeling work, and ongoing maintenance to ensure the tool remains functional for transit planning activities.
• Perform software upgrades and bug‑fixes for the Network Wrangler application.
• Develop and refine the transit‑model network data structures within the tool.
• Provide continuous technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance throughout the contract period.
• Deliver documentation and training as needed for Metropolitan Council staff.
• Coordinate with the Council’s RFP administrator for any clarifications and adhere to the submission schedule.
