Threat Systems Operations and Maintenance Support Services (TSOMIS)

The Threat Systems Operations and Maintenance Support Services (TSOMIS) contract will provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M)-related service support for threat systems. The contract will focus on delivering Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) capabilities to prepare military forces for the modern operational environment. The scope of work includes electronic warfare, electronic attack, electronic warfare support, and cyberspace operations. The contract will also provide an opposing ("RED") Commander at test and training events with the mission command structure for real-time responses in a "free play" environment. Key responsibilities include: • Providing O&M support for threat systems • Delivering PNT capabilities • Conducting electronic warfare, electronic attack, and electronic warfare support • Providing cyberspace operations support • Participating in "free play" training environments • Providing real-time responses • Handling and storing classified information and components • Providing Red Team capabilities, including simulating full-spectrum cyber threats against DoD systems
