TDCJ - Stringfellow Unit - Procurement of HVAC Parts

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for the procurement of HVAC parts, including a 5-ton air conditioning unit, a 5-ton horizontal coil, and a 5-ton gas furnace. The successful bidder will be required to provide the equipment, instruct and train TDCJ employees on its use, and provide a warranty for the equipment. The contract will be for a period of 1 year, and the TDCJ reserves the right to renew the contract for additional periods.
