Cleaning Services for the Community Police Commission Offices

The City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional cleaning services for the Community Police Commission (CPC) offices. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary office environment. The scope of work includes daily office cleaning, removal of dust, floor care, trash and recycling removal, cleaning of conference rooms and shared spaces, kitchenette and break-area cleaning, high-touch surface disinfection, and periodic deep cleaning. The contract term is anticipated to be one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
