Description
The Asheville City Schools are seeking proposals for the tuckpointing of the CTE Building at Asheville High School. The project includes pressure washing and removal of debris, removal of old mortar, and replacement with new mortar to match the existing color. The walls are approximately 7,000 square feet and at various heights. The project is expected to start on June 15, 2026, and be completed by August 10, 2026. Proposers must attend a mandatory pre-proposal site visit on March 31, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Some key requirements for the project include:
• Company Profile: Number of years in business
• References: At least three (3) references for similar projects
• All waste must be transported off-site and disposed of at an approved site
• Proposers must comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations applicable to the conduct of their business
• Proposers must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the District as an additional insured
