Commercial Linen Laundry Services

The City of Austin is seeking a qualified vendor to provide commercial linen laundry services for the Austin Convention Center Department. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity, and the City reserves the right to purchase more or less of the quantities during the contract term. The vendor will be responsible for laundering linens used during events at the Austin Convention Center and the Palmer Events Center. The City prefers to award a single contract for the laundry services, but reserves the right to reject all bids or make multiple contract awards. • The contract term may be extended beyond the initial term at the City's sole option • The City reserves the right to add or remove City departments and facilities at the City's discretion • The vendor must comply with the City's Workplace Conditions Code and provide relevant information regarding the supply chain of the apparel products and laundering services • The vendor must also comply with the City's Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises Procurement Program
