The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide Test & Evaluation Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing operational test and evaluation services, including test planning, test execution, and test reporting. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be required to provide services in support of the Navy's operational test and evaluation activities. The services will include test and evaluation support, test planning, test execution, and test reporting. The contractor will be required to have a Top-Secret facility clearance and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
