Water Production Motor Control Centers

The City of Pomona Water Resources Department is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, fabricate, deliver, and install brand‑new motor control centers (MCCs) for four water‑production facilities (Booster Stations 8 & 12, Production Wells 6 & 34). The MCCs must be fully equipped, include PLC/RTU capability, and be delivered FOB Destination within four months of order receipt. The contractor must also provide design support, commissioning, O&M manuals, and ongoing repair/upgrade services for a two‑year contract period, and must demonstrate at least five years of in‑house MCC/PLC fabrication experience with municipal water projects. • Supply and install four new MCC units (one per site) – complete cabinets, PLCs, wiring, and accessories. • Provide design coordination, on‑site commissioning, O&M manuals, and 2‑year post‑installation support within a 50‑mile service radius. • Meet qualification requirements: 5 + years MCC/PLC experience, three recent municipal references, City of Pomona business license, and required insurance.
