South Nutmeg Drainage Improvements

The City of Bentonville is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to perform comprehensive drainage improvement work in the Wildwood and Brighton Cottages subdivisions. The scope includes removal of existing small‑diameter storm sewer pipes, installation of an 8’ × 3’ box culvert, regrading of a detention pond and downstream channel, relocation of water and sanitary utilities, construction of new storm inlets and junction boxes, and replacement of streets, sidewalks, and driveways. Bidders must submit a sealed bid with a 5% bid guarantee and will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds at contract award. • Replace existing storm sewers with a large box culvert and regrade detention facilities. • Relocate water and sanitary utilities, install new inlets, junction boxes, and street infrastructure. • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and necessary bonding as per city specifications.
