Flooring Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) is seeking qualified firms to provide flooring services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes a wide range of commercial and residential flooring services, such as removal of old flooring systems, preparation and leveling of subfloors, installation of various flooring systems, and installation of trim materials. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring the safety of tenants and OHA staff. • The contractor will work at various locations owned or managed by OHA, including high-rise residential towers, multifamily buildings, single-family homes, retail, and commercial sites. • The contractor will be required to coordinate scheduling with OHA to allow proper notification to tenants prior to entry in units or interruption of water service. • The contractor will be responsible for disposing of all trash, debris, and old equipment off-site at no additional cost to OHA. • The contractor will be required to take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of tenants, visitors, and OHA staff.
