Description
The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive snow‑removal services for its Tradeport facilities. The work includes plowing, shoveling, snow‑blowing, sanding, salting, and a spring‑cleanup phase, with strict environmental, safety, and certification requirements. The contractor must maintain 24/7 on‑call capability, coordinate with a second contractor on shared driveways, and protect groundwater wells and storm‑water compliance.
• Perform snow‑removal (plowing, shoveling, sanding, salting) across multiple parking lots, walkways, and a golf‑course area with porous pavement (salt‑only).
• Provide emergency on‑call response within 4 hours and maintain material storage ≤ 50 cubic yards, with proper SDS documentation.
• Obtain New Hampshire Green SnoPro and Commercial Salt Applicator certifications by November 15, 2025, and complete a spring cleanup by April 30 each year at no additional cost.
