Notice of Intent to Single Source - Dual Source Resistance Bridge

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a Dual Source High Resistance Bridge. The bridge will be used to measure resistor values in the range of 100 kΩ to 10 PΩ at voltages from 1 to 1000 Volts DC. The Air Force is seeking information on companies that can provide this type of equipment, including their experience, capabilities, and pricing. Interested vendors should submit a brief capability statement, including company information, relevant experience, and rough order of magnitude pricing. • The Dual Source High Resistance Bridge should have a design of a Dual Arm Bridge. • The bridge will be used to measure resistor values in the range of 100 kΩ to 10 PΩ. • The bridge should have an uncertainty of 7ppm, 12 ppm, 20 ppm, 100 ppm, 500 ppm, 1,500 ppm, and 15,000 ppm for different resistor values. • The bridge should have automatic and manual operation. • The automation should utilize a 10-Channel Coaxial Matrix High-Ohm Scanner to measure multiple resistors in an automated fashion.
