Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information about potential qualified sources for laundry and linen services for the Cleveland Fisher House. The contract will be for a base year with one three-year option, and the vendor must provide a service and maintenance agreement, including adjusting, repairs, and replacing any malfunctioning equipment. The agreement will also include answering to service calls, and providing startup and training for the VA staff.
• The vendor must provide a capability statement and three customer references.
• The vendor must provide company name, address, point of contact, and size of business.
• The vendor must answer questions about their business, including whether they are a small business, disadvantaged business, or certified hub zone firm.
• The vendor must register on the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
