Description
The State of Illinois is seeking a 5-year contract with a 5-year renewal option for repair and maintenance of elevators at the East Moline Correctional Center. The contract will require the contractor to provide regular hourly rates for repair and maintenance of elevators from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years with the option to renew for an additional 5 years.
• The contractor will be required to provide repair and maintenance services for elevators.
• The contractor will be required to provide regular hourly rates for repair and maintenance of elevators.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on 11/5/25 at 10:00 AM at the East Moline Correctional Center.
