Laundry Room Services Upstate

The University of South Carolina Upstate is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide laundry room services for three housing locations on the main campus in Spartanburg, SC. The contract will be for a period of three years with two optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary services, products, and training. • The contractor must propose a single monthly fee to provide all services, products, and training required. • The contractor will be required to provide all expected clerical, overhead, laboratory, delivery, and training costs. • The contractor must demonstrate any costs claimed, agreed to, or established under the contract using its standard record-keeping system. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and university policies. • The contractor must provide a signed copy of the solicitation form with their bid.
