Description
The State of Missouri is seeking qualified vendors to provide county financial audit services. The goal of this RFP is to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for the provision of financial statement and single audit services for the Missouri State Auditor's Office. The QVL will be used to secure auditing services for the state agency. Vendors must meet minimum experience requirements, including having at least three years of experience performing financial statement and single audits for governmental entities. The contract period will be from the effective date of the contract through October 22, 2026.
• The contractor shall provide financial statement and single audit services for one or all of the following categories of service: One Year Audit Services and Two Year Audit Services.
• The contractor must meet or exceed the minimum experience requirements at the time of proposal submission and for the duration of the contract.
• The contractor and the contractor's Certified Public Accountant(s) (CPA(s)) must currently be licensed by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy.
• The contractor must disclose any pending disciplinary action against the contractor or the contractor's CPA(s) and shall have a continuing duty of disclosure throughout the procurement process until final expiration of the contract, if awarded.
