Oakes Laboratory Mixer (Brand Name or Equal)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a laboratory mixer, specifically the Oakes Model 2MBT1A or an equal product. The mixer will be used by the Grain Quality and Structure Research Unit in Manhattan, Kansas. The USDA requires delivery of the mixer within 60 days of award.
