The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System is seeking information from vendors who are authorized distributors of the Medical Graphics Platinum Elite DX Body Plethysmograph with RTD. The purchase will include various components such as the Platinum Elite DX Body Plethysmograph, Ergotron Cart with LCD Pivot, Environment Monitor, and other software and hardware options. The vendor is expected to provide a complete replacement system with a minimum of 1 year warranty. • The system must include a 726 Liter Plethysmograph Chamber with Spirometry, Thoracic Gas Volumes, Airways Resistance, Nitrogen Washout, and Real-Time Diffusion Capacity. • The system must include BreezeSuite Software, Windows Computer, 3L Syringe, Startup Kit, Regulators for O2, DLCO, and Calibration Gas. • The vendor must provide a Two-Day Onsite Operator Training for up to 4 people. • The vendor must provide a Service Manual CD for the Platinum Elite. • The vendor must provide a minimum of 1 year warranty for the equipment.
