Description
The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a qualified contractor to remove an existing Bell & Gossett eHSC chilled‑water pump and install a new Goulds 3410 pump, including all necessary piping modifications. The work must adhere to the pump manufacturer’s specifications, applicable mechanical codes, and industry standards, and be performed during normal working hours.
• Complete removal of the existing B&G eHSC pump and proper disposal of all associated equipment.
• Supply, install, and commission the Goulds 3410 chilled‑water pump, including necessary mechanical, electrical, and piping connections.
• Perform all required testing, adjustments, and documentation to certify compliance with manufacturer and code requirements.
• Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and supervision; ensure minimal disruption to university operations.
• Deliver as‑built drawings, warranty information, and maintenance recommendations upon project completion.
