Description
The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is issuing a five‑year contract to a single vendor for the supply of high‑visibility safety accessories and personal protective equipment (PPE) for TDOT employees statewide. The scope includes Class 3 high‑visibility vests (various sizes and both breakaway and standard styles), leg gaiters, sun hats, ball caps, neck shades, reflective beanies, cooling towels, hard hats, trekking poles, emergency whistles, emergency tools, duffel bags, backpacks, rain jackets, rain pants, rain bibs, and related accessories. Items must meet ANSI 107 standards, be delivered within two weeks of a purchase order, and be shipped in full (no partial shipments). Samples of each product are required before bid closing. Delivery locations cover all TDOT sites across Tennessee. The contract is “as‑needed,” allowing TDOT to add additional items consistent with the scope during the term.
