Description
The Framingham Housing Authority is seeking a property management consultant to assist with the ongoing management of The Musterfield at Concord Place, a 110-unit community for low-income families in Framingham, MA. The property management consulting services will cover a period of two years with an option to renew for two additional terms of one year each. The consultant will be responsible for providing property management services, including but not limited to, financial management, operational management, and administrative support.
