Description
Massport is seeking up to two qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive digital building data capture services for its statewide portfolio of facilities. The work includes reality‑capture (360° photogrammetry, interior laser scanning, optional exterior scanning and drone work), creation of geo‑located LOD 200 Revit models, conversion to CAD and ESRI Indoors GIS, detailed attribute collection, space tagging, volume calculations, and development of a sustainable workflow for ongoing data maintenance. The firm must demonstrate strong experience with BIM, GIS, FME, Autodesk FORMA, and be able to obtain SIDA security badges for on‑site personnel.
