Professional Engineering and Related Services Community Systems Basic Ordering Agreement (ComSys BOA)

The Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (Loudoun Water) is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional engineering and related services for community water and wastewater systems under the Community Systems Basic Ordering Agreement (ComSys BOA). The work will include engineering design, analysis, permitting assistance, construction oversight, and other related technical services required to support the Authority’s infrastructure projects.
