Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not specify a budget or payment amount. However, based on the scope of work and the fact that it is a research and development project, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to provide specialized personnel, equipment, and facilities to perform the work, and that the project will require a significant amount of time and resources to complete.
