Description
The Town of Macclesfield is seeking a qualified housing services firm to provide technical housing services for the FY22 CDBG-NR Neighborhood Revitalization Project. The project involves rehabilitation, reconstruction, demolition, clearance, and temporary relocation housing activities. The selected firm will be responsible for processing client case files, preparing reconstruction housing specifications, conducting bid processes, and inspecting work in progress. The firm should have experience in state and federally funded housing programs, particularly CDBG housing.
