The City of Tampa is soliciting proposals for the disposition of the Tampa Police Department Headquarters property, located at 411 North Franklin Street, Tampa, Florida 33602. The property includes a 10-story building and a five-level parking garage. The City is looking for a qualified proposer to develop the property to its highest and best use. The proposer will be responsible for all costs associated with demolition, environmental, survey, engineering, architecture, rezoning, construction, and other costs of due diligence and development. The City will require the successful proposer to lease back the Tampa Police Department Headquarters for one year for relocation of the Tampa Police Department operations.
