Access Required to Online Real Estate Database Services

The Internal Revenue Service is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) with the capability to provide access to real-time databases which report nationwide current and historical real estate market transactions. The selected vendor will provide access to their CoStar Suite Professional Database, United States data, including data for approximately 50 markets across the continental United States, via an internet accessed application. The vendor will also provide help desk and technical support to users, as well as training of IRS employees upon request. • The vendor shall provide access to their CoStar Suite Professional Database, United States data, including data for approximately 50 markets across the continental United States, via an internet accessed application. • The vendor will provide help desk and technical support to users. • The vendor will provide training of IRS employees upon request. • The vendor shall provide full access to their CoStar Suite Professional Database, United States data, including data for approximately 50 markets across the continental United States, via an internet accessed application. • The vendor will provide unlimited access to database information, with no annual cap on usage of the database subscription.
