Commercial Driver's License Training and Testing Services

The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking bids for Commercial Driver's License Training and Testing Services. The contract is expected to begin on or about December 1, 2025, and will be effective for 24 months. The services include CDL Class "A" Training and Testing, CDL Class "B" Training and Testing, CDL Class "B" upgrade to Class "A" Training and Testing, Passenger Endorsement (P) Training, Tanker Endorsement (N) Training, and Refresher Training and Retests. The bidder must meet the minimum qualifications, including being actively engaged in the type of business being requested for a minimum of 3 years, and must submit a written statement detailing their qualifications.
