This solicitation (RFQ IHS1524929) seeks qualified Registered Nurses to provide non‑personal, all‑inclusive ambulatory‑care services at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. The contract is a small‑business set‑aside (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise) and will be awarded on a price‑and‑technical‑evaluation basis. Work will be performed under a Performance Work Statement (PWS) with a base period of one year (10/01/2026‑09/30/2027) and one optional year (10/01/2027‑09/30/2028). Offerors must submit three volumes (administrative, technical, price) and meet extensive certification, background‑check, and ID‑card requirements.
