2026 Professional Services - RFQ - Wildwood, MO

The City of Wildwood is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from consulting firms to create a qualified‑vendor pool for professional engineering and related services needed throughout 2026. Firms may submit SOQs for any of the listed specialty areas; only one SOQ per firm is allowed. Selections will be used on a as‑needed basis for future projects, but submission does not guarantee award. • Accepting SOQs for multiple specialties (roadway design, bridge, stormwater, landscape, parks, right‑of‑way, materials testing, geotechnical, etc.). • Each specialty limited to a max of five pages; overall submission limited to one PDF. • Deadline for electronic submission is January 28, 2026 4:00 PM; hard copies optional but not required. • Primary contact: Rick Brown, Director of Public Works (email and phone provided). • No guaranteed contract value; firms will be placed on a qualification list for future city projects in 2026.
