The City of Columbus Division of Water Reclamation is seeking a single used diesel‑powered terminal tractor for its compost facility, along with on‑site operator training for up to 20 staff and two spare filter kits. Bidders must provide a used tractor no older than five years, with less than 11,000 engine hours, meeting a detailed list of technical specifications, and must transfer the full manufacturer warranty to the City. The contract is a one‑time purchase; pricing must be firm, FOB destination, with freight prepaid. All required documentation—including references, experience statements, insurance certificates, and warranty information—must be submitted electronically by the bid opening deadline.
