Description
The Berlin Borough Board of Education is seeking a qualified provider to deliver behavioral‑support staffing services for its K‑12 schools. The contract will cover the remainder of the 2025‑26 school year beginning January 2026, with an option to renew annually. The vendor must supply up to five Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who will work under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide direct one‑to‑one support to students, data collection, and collaboration with school staff. Extensive documentation and insurance requirements are mandatory, and all proposals must be submitted by November 13, 2025.
• Provide up to 5 RBTs (6 paid hours per day) across middle, elementary, and preschool programs.
• Supervision by vendor‑provided BCBA with monthly oversight and documentation.
• Submit a complete RFP package (original + copy) with certifications, insurance certificates, affirmative‑action questionnaire, political‑contribution disclosure, and other required forms.
• Contract runs Jan 2026–June 2026 (remainder of school year) with optional annual renewals; rates are fixed for the contract term.
